Certification and Coaching
SEAM institute offers certification in SEAM Foundation and SEAM consulting, as well as individual coaching to achieve mastery in SEAM interventions.
Certificate in SEAM Foundation
This program is tailored to leaders and managers who want to apply Socio-Economic theory to improve organizational effectiveness through SEAM.
Participants learn about:
Basic principles of socio-economic management as an alternative mental model and how they differ from traditional management
Organizational dysfunctions and hidden costs that hinder organizational effectiveness and profitability
Nurturing human potential as a means to increase organizational performance and profitability
SEAM management tools that help:
synchronize the work of employees
use time more effectively and maximize one’s use of time to achieve strategic priorities
align team competencies with strategic goals
develop people's potential
The certificate takes about 20 hours of class time.
Individual Coaching/Mentoring for SEAM Mastery
Coaching is available for consultants doing their SEAM interventions. The amount of coaching is negotiated, depending on the experience of the participant(s).
Certificate in SEAM Consulting
This program is designed for management consultants or organization development and change practitioners who want to achieve sustainable results of their consulting effort. Having SEAM foundation knowledge is a pre-requisite to enroll in this certificate program.
Participants learn about:
Interventions using socio-economic theory
How to discover organizational dysfunctions and calculate hidden costs
Stages of delivering feedback to clients
Setting improvement project groups and leading the groups through implementation of improvements
Coaching leaders in the use of SEAM tools and needed strategic changes.
The certificate takes about 20 hours of class time.
Logistics
Cost is negotiated, based on the number of trainees, and the location of the training program.
Location. Training is offered online, or in a city of the trainees’ preference (for groups).

Energetic Intelligence Certification
Organizations have become more and more difficult to manage. It is not just labor issues, national and international regulations, climate change or pandemics. Complexity science has shown that traditional management methods are not sufficient to deal with increasingly complex problems. Resolving complex problems requires a different, nonlinear approach that involves recognizing and understanding different layers, dimensions, and players of every situation. To navigate the world of complexity, professionals need to possess energetic intelligence. Energetic intelligence is the knowledge and ability to use subtle energies in order to intuit unseen elements of organizational problems.

The SEAM Institute offers a sequel of three certification programs that are designed to help leaders, managers, consultants and coaches to develop their energetic intelligence.

The program introduces participants to the subtle energies and multidimensional nature of human bodies. Participants learn to recognize and manage subtle energies through increasing their energetic sensitivity and understanding the laws of energy. Participants acquire skills to help them improve their personal health, professional and personal relationships, career, and other areas of their lives.

This program is based on the concepts and skills learned in Energetic Intelligence level 1. After learning how to work with one’s own subtle energies, participants learn to work with information and energy exchange within groups of people. This skill set allows leaders or consultants to gather information from other planes and dimensions that otherwise can be unseen. These skills are especially valuable for working with disruptive individuals or dysfunctional groups.
The expected outcome of the program:Ability to discern healthy and unhealthy patterns of energy and information exchange between people
Ability to manage and influence energy patterns with individuals and groups
Increased effectiveness in work with dysfunctional groups
Deepened understanding of self as an energy being and increased self-awareness

The program is based on the concepts and skills of the previous levels. The program integrates Energetic Intelligence and participants’ professional training, techniques, and competencies. For example, if a participant is a consultant or coach, then the person learns how to do an “energy intervention” to assist and improve a regular “physical” work. If a participant is a leader, then the person learns how to work with the energy of the organization to increase its effectiveness. Participants learn how to scan the energy of big entities to assess the dominant energy state.

Ability to do energy scanning of big energy entities (organizations)
Ability to do complex energetic interventions to assist regular professional work
