We are a professional organization that promotes the knowledge and practice of the
Socio-Economic Approach to Management (SEAM) for creating and sustaining organizational change in the English speaking world. Our members are academics, leaders, and organization development practitioners who support the work of SEAM.

Our Partners
ISEOR is the research and practice home of SEAM in Lyon, France. Founded by the creator of SEAM, Henri Savall, ISEOR stands for the initials of the Institut de socio-économie des entreprises et des organizations (in English this means the Socio-Economic Institute of Firms and Organizations). ISEOR is a co-sponsor of annual SEAM conferences in the US.
Square Circle, Brussels, Belgium, is a consulting firm that uses SEAM as one of its methods for organizational change.
St. Croix Regional Medical Center, St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, has used SEAM to improve its operations and build a new organizational culture since 2015.
School of Business and Technology, College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, Minnesota, which teaches about SEAM in its MBA program and is a co-sponsor of annual SEAM conferences in the US.
